You probably know by now that I am a total bookworm. If it interests me, the book will be finished within a matter of a few days!
1. Who is your favorite author, and why?
My favorite author is Kiera Cass. Her books (I've read the Selection trilogy) are absolutely amazing! I just love the way she writes.
2. What is your favorite genre?
My favorite book genre is definitely dystopian. A long-term favorite genre of mine has been realistic fiction.
3. What was your favorite book when you were young?
I remember loving a picture book about a hippo named Hilda. It's called Hilda Must Be Dancing by Karma Wilson.
4. What book have you recently finished and enjoyed?
I actually just finished a book today- it was Fangirl by Rainbow Rowell, author of the hit Eleanor and Park. Does that sound familiar to you?
5. What book do you hope to read in the near future?
I really want to read the last book in the Selection trilogy by Kiera Cass, The One. I can't wait to find out what happens! It comes out May 6th of this year.
6. Do you have any autographed books??
Yes, I have one, but it's a picture book from when I was really little.
7. Do you prefer the bookstore or the library when getting books to read?
This one is difficult for me to answer. I love how you can get a book for free from the library, but I also love having my own copies of the books I love.
8. What book's ending disappointed you?
I disliked the ending of Allegiant by Veronica Roth, the last book in the Divergent trilogy. I don't want to spoil anything if some of you haven't read this hooking trilogy yet, but here's a warning- you will shed some tears (I know I did).
9. What is the best movie you watched that was based on a book?
I recently watched The Book Thief, and it was perfect!
10. Favorite Character Couple?
There are so many couples I love, so this is hard! My choice is either Tris and Tobias from Divergent or Cath and Levi from Fangirl. It's a tie.
